Jay Weinbach - Educator and Principal Partner
Ron brings over 40 years of marketing communications and strategy development experience to Great Schools Consulting Group. Many national and local organizations have trusted their brands to Ron’s care through his consulting practice, CMO Partners, and his advertising agency, Mitchell & Resnikoff.Both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations have benefited by his insights and hands-on working experience for everything sector from private schools and national healthcare organizations to global credit card companies and manufacturers of the ingredients in popular pharmaceuticals.In his role at Great Schools Consulting Group, Ron advises on the planning and implementation of our clients’ programs, all aimed at increasing ROI for private schools.In addition to his consummate knowledge of traditional media advertising, Ron is a recognized expert in strategy, planning, management and execution of direct response marketing. He is a frequent speaker and conducts sales training seminars to help clients optimize their business objectives. His agencies’ client roster include past and present accounts of landmark brands, including: VISA International, American Education Services/PHEAA, ARAMARK, JP Morgan Chase, Beech-Nut Nutrition Corp., McGraw-Hill, Perelman Jewish Day School, and the National Gaucher Foundation.Ron is never too busy to give something back, serving on numerous boards for nonprofit organizations, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of DV, World Affairs Council of Philadelphia, Families Forward Philadelphia, National Technical Advisory Committee of United Jewish Appeal, Penn State eNewsletter Editorial Board, Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. He serves on the Steering Committee for the Canadian Technology Accelerator’s Digital Health Innovation Summit.      


Ron Resnikoff - Chief Marketing Officer
An experienced educational entrepreneur, Jay has served as Head of School or Principal of Independent schools for fifteen years.  In his last three schools he has raised enrollment significantly by diversifying educational offerings and support services. Jay has transformed schools' use of technology through the implementation of a school-wide one-to-one iPad initiative, computer labs and rotational learning models, and use of Blended and Online courses.  Jay also serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of the non-profit Project Kodachrome, which he created and for which he secured funding of over $1million.  Project Kodachrome’s programs include: Creation of Blended learning materials, design and implementation of interest- and inquiry-based School-Within-A-School programs, and School-In-A-Box, a tool for starting small Independent Schools utilizing Inquiry-based curriculum and technology resources. 
Jay has presented to enthusiastic audiences at the Association of Delaware Valley Independent Schools about “Integrating the iPad Into Your School”, at the Online Educational Symposium for Independent Schools about "Drivers Wanted: The Education and Economics of Great 21st-century Schools", “Developing Online Content and Blended Learning for Specialized Subjects” and “Meeting Diverse Student Needs with Blended Learning”.
